Our hearts beat a little faster whenever a fantastico car passes by our side. We love cars and there's no surprise that we love to have cars and more cars. Many people dream to have their own car and it takes some efforts to make their dream come true. Some people managed to make their dream come into a reality and other fails to do so. But I never imagined that the materialistic thing can play a role of the teacher in our lives. Even a car can teach you great lessons of life which you never thought of.

An old man staying beside my house used to care his car from past 5 years and his car is also playing a key role in the relationship between them. One day I asked him," uncle why did you spend lots of hours to care your car? I have been watching you since last years and there is no change in the maintenance level of your car. Even this is the time to sell this car and buy a new one. Let it be a material. He was listening everything patiently, his eyes staring me through his powerful glasses and suddenly he said, "come let's have a cup of tea dear". After taking a sip of tea, he started answering my questions and those answers were so electrifying, I never imagined in my life. He told me some golden rules of life from his experience and impact of his relationship with the car in his life.

Here are those lessons he taught me about life which he has learned as the owner of the car:

1) Human or machine everybody needs care: If you want a companion for life, you have to care for him/ her to build a nice relationship. Same follows in the case of machines, car plays an important role in our lives. If you take proper care of your car with timely servicing, it will not give you any chance to complain. So if you want a loyal relationship with a person or a machine, you need to admire them.
"To realize the value of what you have, imagine that you have lost everything."
- Plutarch

2)Follow your dreams:  Life is like a car if you drive in reverse gear, you will not reach your destination. So speed up little, keep driving and reach your destination by learning from the past. Life is all about moving on, accepting challenges and reaching your goals with hard work.

3)Failures are the part of life: Whenever you take a wrong turn and lost somewhere, then take reverse gear, drive back to where you began for better navigation and start your journey again to reach your destination.

4)Set your goals: Until we don't know where we are going, we wouldn't drive our car. Without knowing our destination, how can we start our car and go somewhere. This rule also follows in our life, if we will not set our goals, we will not able to make it into reality. So set your goals, make your plan, do hard work and reach your goal.

5)An importance of patience:  Maintenance of car is a work of patience. If you fail to maintain your car, then your car will not be able to loyal with you during your journey as already said," everybody needs care, whether it is machine or human being". Same rule follows in life,
"Have patience in life. All things are difficult before they become easy."
-Saadi

6)Work hard for best reward:  One of the greatest feelings is to accomplish something with your hard work. There comes a time when you fix your car issues with your own hand and that moment of accomplishment is the most satisfying feeling in the world. Whenever you work hard, your hard work pays you the best rewards.

7)"Last, but not least, enjoy every moment: Life is full of happy moments that are missed due to a stress of daily life. Sometimes slow down your life, start your car, play your favourite song and enjoy the journey with your loved ones.
" Life is a one time offer, use it well"

We finished our cup of tea. I thanked him for sharing his experience of owning a car with me and these wonderful lessons of life. These golden rules are still in my mind and that man of words was died after one year. But whenever I see his car, his words come into my mind and from that day I had learned that things like cars can be your best friend if you care every smaller things in your life.
